What time should I arrive?

The wedding ceremony starts at 4:30PM. we recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so they can mingle and get settled. There will be no late entries once the ceremony begins.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There may be some photographs done outdoors.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the individuals listed on the invitation.

Where should I park upon arrival?

There is on-site and overnight parking at the golf course. It is complimentary for all wedding guests.

Are kids invited?

While we love spending time with your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only celebration, with the exception of family guests.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and turn your phones off during this time. We will have a professional photographer to capture all of the special moments. We welcome phone photos during the cocktail hour and reception!

When do I need to RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is March 1st 2026. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining. We will be sending final headcounts to the vendors following that deadline.

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by March 1st 2026, you will be marked as not attending. Although you will be missed, and we would have loved to celebrate with you, we have to provide guest counts to the venue in a timely manner, so we cannot accept late RSVPs.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up! The dress code will be formal attire.

Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! If you wish to honour us with a gift, a monetary gift toward our future would be very appreciated.
